Don't be discourage when you're not appreciated!

When nobody is clapping for you, when you’re not being appreciated, when you’re not recognized by what you do for others, don’t get discouraged. The scripture says “Your Father, who sees what you give in secret will reward you in the open."
Matthew 6:4

When people don't seem to notice the good things you do to them, don't be discourage. The Lord works in mysterious ways. He gives, He provides and He rewards those who are humble. Remember that God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble (James 4:6).

What's Important??

Matthew 6:1-8
Be careful not to practice your righteousness in front of others to be seen by them. If you do,  you will have no reward in heaven.

So when you give to the needy, do not announce it with trumpets, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets, to be honored by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your giving may be in secret. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret will reward you.

And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full.

But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words. Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask.

God is omniscient, He knows everything. So, you need not to worry about those people who do wrong to you or to those who don't appreciate your kindness. The Lord will reward you. Always remember that He watches and He takes care of His children.

About Me

My photo
Jesus Christ is my one and only hero. He died for me and for you. The love of God is unfathomable. I'm proud to proclaim that the Lord has provided me everything. He changed my life and made me realize that I am nothing without Him. I am not the center of the universe, I am not perfect. In Christ, all my burdens will perish and I will live with peace and love inside my heart. If you are tired, don't surrender. Let Jesus take away all your problems. Seek Him and you shall find all the answers. Salvation means simply giving up everything to the Lord. Be saved and be joyful forever in his everlasting love. Let us love one another, for love comes from God. Thank you for taking the time to read this! P.S. Read more of my blogs about the word of God.
